The 4th Annual Pajama Rama, a community event benefiting Homeless Education Students in all of Lenawee County Schools will take place at the Adrian Mall, Saturday October 26, 2013 from 10:00am till Noon. This is an awareness campaign, collection drive and celebration event benefiting more than 700 students.
Donations of new socks, new underwear, sports bras, new pajamas, and personal hygiene items will be accepted.
Gift cards to restaurants for students who would otherwise go without a meal as well as gift cards to drug stores etc. to help with special purchases such as toiletries, poster board for school projects, new shoes for growing feet and more can all be used to provide help from the Homeless Education Liaisons.
Monetary donations can always be made through the Lenawee Community Foundation at http://www.lenaweecommunityfoundation.com/ and enter "Homeless Education Fund", or at any United Bank & Trust office in Lenawee County.
