15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 bananas
1/3 cup agave nectar or honey
¼ cup cocoa
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
A few drops of mint extract
¼ cup instant oats
Chocolate Chips & Walnuts
Optional: an additional ¼ cup raw sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Return to bowl and stir in oats.
Bake for 30 minutes (more or less depending on oves) – use fork or toothpick to test for readiness.
