In my position as Wellness Client Manager, I work with clients to help them develop a health & wellness program that will enable them to control rising health care costs while building a healthier, more productive work force. We have developed a program to change the wellness marketplace in the belief that improving health and employee accountability are the only paths to reduce costs. I also oversee and manage a team of wellness professionals that provide the day-to-day service for our clients. Our team works closely together to deliver excellent service, conduct wellness events and keep participants engaged in the wellness program.
